Kerry Gall

Operations Manager


Kerry joined Regent Fire Consultants in January 2021, quickly establishing the Operations Manager role within the business through the efficient, effective implementation of processes, policies and procedures. Within months of joining the organisation, she managed to secure BAFE accreditation and certification by NSI for Regent Fire Consultants.

Prior to joining Regent Fire Consultants, Kerry’s career has spanned 20+ years in Management, Training and Business Development. She has successfully managed Administration, Payroll, Customer Service and Auditing departments within a large national retail department store organisation. Kerry has also trained individuals working within medium to large organisations roles to Level 4 in Business Management. One of her more notable contracts included training managers in middle and senior management roles within the UK Government Department for Business for Innovation and Skills.

Kerry was engaged by a large, well renowned Primary and Secondary Academy School Trust to establish the school centred initial teacher training hub. She set up and managed the successful, profitable training hub which operated within the Bradford district. Her role involved the recruitment, management and placement of trainee teachers across the trust and partner schools.

Bringing her vast experience and skills to Regent Fire Consultants, Kerry in her role as Operations Manager supports the growing business by managing client and partnership contracts, tendering for new contracts, operational business development, managing quality assurance and building and sustaining client and stakeholder partnerships to improve overall business profitability.

Kerry manages and supports our technical experts during their work with expert witness cases and has gained the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (APAEWE) at Level 7 Masters.
